This page explains how to request deletion of your Koshindo Art account and the data attached to it. It applies to the Koshindo Art mobile app for iOS and Android, published by Koshindo Art.
Delete your account from inside the app
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open the Koshindo Art app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm when asked. Your account is deleted straight away.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email koshindo.art@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address you signed in with, or include the mobile number you used. We complete these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted
Deleted immediately and permanently:
- Your sign-in account, whether created with Apple, Google, or an email address and password
- Your name, email address and phone number as stored on your account profile
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your notification settings and any device tokens used to send you order updates
- The link between you and your past orders, so those orders can no longer be seen from any account
What is kept, and for how long
Orders you have already placed are kept. A completed order is a commercial and tax record, and Egyptian accounting and tax law requires us to retain it. Those records include the name, phone number and delivery address given for that order, because they are part of the invoice and the shipment.
They are retained for five years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, after which they are deleted in the normal course of our bookkeeping. They are no longer connected to any app account, and we do not use them to contact you about anything other than that order.
Nothing else is kept. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

- افتح تطبيق كوشيندو آرت.
- اذهب إلى تبويب حسابي.
- اضغط حذف حسابي في أسفل الصفحة.
- أكد الطلب. سيتم حذف حسابك فورًا.
الطلب بالبريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم يكن التطبيق مثبتًا لديك، راسلنا على koshindo.art@gmail.com بعنوان حذف حسابي، من نفس البريد الذي سجلت به أو مع ذكر رقم الموبايل المستخدم. ننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.
ما الذي يُحذف
يُحذف فورًا ونهائيًا: حساب تسجيل الدخول، والاسم والبريد ورقم الموبايل المحفوظة في الحساب، والعناوين المحفوظة، وإعدادات الإشعارات، والربط بينك وبين طلباتك السابقة.
ما الذي يُحفظ ولماذا
الطلبات التي تمت بالفعل تُحفظ لأنها سجلات تجارية وضريبية يلزم القانون المصري بالاحتفاظ بها، وتشمل الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل الخاص بذلك الطلب. تُحفظ لمدة خمس سنوات من نهاية السنة المالية للطلب ثم تُحذف. لا تبقى مرتبطة بأي حساب، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.
